Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy – Chez Co

1. General Conditions

At Chez Co, your satisfaction matters. If your order isn’t quite right, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returned items must be:

• New, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (with all tags attached);

• Accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

2. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and compliance reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use;

• Underwear, socks, or intimate accessories;

• Personalized items or made-to-order products.

Sale items remain eligible for return unless otherwise specified due to their nature (e.g., personalized or worn items).


3. Return Costs & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. To simplify the process, Chez Co will provide a pre-filled return label once your return request is approved. The corresponding shipping amount will be:

• either deducted from your refund, or

paid in advance, depending on the option you choose.

Once the parcel is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.


4. How to Start a Return

Contact our customer service at info@chezco.eu or via WhatsApp: +33 6 27 70 76 86, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. After approval, our team will send you the pre-filled return label and instructions.

Do not ship any parcel back without prior approval. The return address will be indicated on the label. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.


5. Defective Products or Order Errors

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue. Each case is handled individually so we can offer the most appropriate solution: replacement, store credit, or full refund.
