1) Are your products authentic? Yes. All our parts come from verified partners and are checked before shipment.

2) Where do you ship from? From logistics platforms located in Europe, depending on availability.

3) Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes upon delivery? No. For DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipments : VAT and import duties are paid by Chez Co before delivery.

4) What are the preparation and delivery times? Preparation: 1 to 3 business days . France: 7–10 business days (standard) or 1–2 business days (express) . Europe: 2–5 business days (express) .

5) How do I track my order? A shipping email contains your tracking number and link (activation within 24–48 hours depending on the carrier).

6) Can I return an item? Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7) How to make a return? Contact info@chezco.eu or WhatsApp +33 6 27 70 76 86 with your order number. After validation, we will send you a pre-filled return label and instructions. No package will be shipped without prior authorization.

8) When will I be reimbursed? After validation of the return, 5 to 10 working days to the original payment method (bank delays may apply).

9) Can I modify or cancel my order? Write to us as soon as possible. If preparation/shipping has not yet started, we will intervene; otherwise, follow the return procedure.

10) What payment methods do you accept? Secure payments via Shopify Payments / Stripe (bank cards, Apple Pay, etc. depending on the country).

11) How do the sizes fit? A size guide is available on the product pages. Need help? Contact us, we'll advise you.

12) Defective item or incomplete order? Write within 48 hours with photos to info@chezco.eu . Solution on a case-by-case basis (replacement, credit note or refund).

13) Is your package delayed or lost? Contact us with your tracking number. We will open a carrier investigation and keep you informed until the issue is resolved.

14) What is the Concierge Service at Chez Co? On-demand sourcing service for rare or specific items (premium brands, limited editions, luxury accessories).

15) How to make a Concierge request? Write to us on WhatsApp at +33 6 27 70 76 86 or info@chezco.eu with the brand/model/size/budget/deadline. We will get back to you with availability, price, and estimated delivery time.

16) Delivery Times and Conditions Concierge Service Delivery times vary depending on rarity. Deposit possible (deducted from the final price). Parts inspected and delivered personally.

17) Invoice and VAT We ​​issue an invoice including VAT . Upon request, we will send it back by email.
